Say the Third step prayer first, then the set aside prayer. Bring God into your inventory.

Continue to write on the five resentments for each; people, institutions, principals.
Write out in 7-9 words “The Cause”.
Write out “The Affects”;
1. self-esteem
2. pride
3. personal relations
4. personal security
5. ambition
6. financial security (pocketbook)
7. sex relations
Write on how each of these are affected.
